臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)使用說明

隨著選礦也的不斷發(fā)展技術(shù)的不斷先進(jìn)，砂金設(shè)備離心機(jī)越來越多的應(yīng)用在選金，鎢，錫，汞，鈦，鉛，鋅，鐵，錳，鋯等金屬,我公司的砂金選礦提取設(shè)備全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)目前暢銷蒙古、俄羅斯、南非、剛果、莫桑比克等，歡迎來我司洽談業(yè)務(wù)！以下為砂金設(shè)備全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)的使用說明。

一、操作流程Operation process

1、打開PLC控制柜面板，開啟總電源開關(guān)，進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)后設(shè)置好參數(shù)，等待充氣完成；

2、開啟離心泵，將水壓通過開關(guān)調(diào)節(jié)至約0.3MPa（水壓需要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)自行調(diào)節(jié)）；

3、點(diǎn)擊自動(dòng)模式下的“循環(huán)啟動(dòng)”即可開始正常工作；

4、關(guān)機(jī)：首先應(yīng)切斷給料，等待排礦完成后點(diǎn)擊“自動(dòng)停止”，關(guān)閉總電源開關(guān)，最后關(guān)閉離心泵。

1)Open the PLC control box, turn on the main power, then getting into the system and setting parameters, waiting for the air compressor to inflate;

2)Start the centrifugal pump and adjust the water pressure to about 0.3MPa by switch. (the water pressure needs to sum up the experience and adjust itself according to the actual situation);

3)Click on the automatic mode of "Cycle" to start work;

4)Shut down: firstly should turn off the feeding of raw material, when discharge finished click "automatic stop", turn off the main power and finally turn off the centrifugal pump.

二、保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)The maintainence

1、因離心機(jī)在工作時(shí)是高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)，因此在使用過程中應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢查連接處螺栓是否松動(dòng)，螺絲有松動(dòng)時(shí)一般會(huì)出現(xiàn)異響，請(qǐng)及時(shí)停機(jī)檢查、維修。

2、天氣、溫度、濕度等因素會(huì)對(duì)三角帶壽命產(chǎn)生較大影響，請(qǐng)及時(shí)檢查更換（更換時(shí)要全套更換）。

3、必須每班（8小時(shí)）加注黃油，缺油會(huì)對(duì)軸承造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。

1)Because the gold concentrator is rotating at high speed, it will produce vibration, so we should check whether the bolt is loose or not at any time.If loose there will be abnormal sound, please stop in time to check.

2)Weather, temperature, humidity and other factors will have a greater impact on the life of V-belt, please check if need change please replace one whole set.

3)Butter must be added to each shift for 8 hours. Lack of oil can cause damage to bearings.
